Breaking News Out of North Carolina......

Carter has done it again. Our wonderful, lovable, energetic, mischief, can't get enough of, want to strangle 2 year old has created another masterpiece. Actually it's more of a sculpture really.

Don't you all remember his beautiful Picasso artwork? Artwork that still shines brightly on my dishwasher. To probably even be admired long after we have left this house. At the moment he has moved on from artwork and more to the sculpture type masterpieces.

I'll set the stage for you....Saturday night I go to bed with my glass of water like I do every night. I slept pretty good and woke up the next morning with Joe bringing me coffee in bed. He also brought me the creamer and a bowl of various sugars. Can you see where this is going yet? After finishing my coffee I took the cup back to the kitchen and started cleaning the house, leaving behind the glass of water and the creamer. Now can you picture it. A couple hours later Joe told me to come in our bedroom he wanted to show me something. I walked back there to see Carters work of art. I am sure he was very proud as most 2 year olds are of their work. I asked him who did it and he says with a smirk on his face "uhhh Carter did" Here is a picture of what I was looking at.It looked like it could have been a vanilla milkshake with a sugar topping or a snow cone. He filled the whole cup plus some. The creamer was brand new I had just taken the top off that morning. Maybe that is why ran out of room in the glass.

I took the glass to the kitchen and dumped it in the trash. Since it was a mixture of water and sugar I didn't want to clog up my drains. I then went back to vacuum up the rest. It looked like a blizzard in my vacuum cleaner or was that Frosty throwing up.

I finished cleaning it all up and walked back into the living room to this.

Oh, and one more thing. My very good friend Susannah helped me to realized that I broke one of my new year resolutions today. We were all eating dinner and I told her of the great purchases I bought at the Disney Store. They were having a fabulous sale, and I found the boys a few things. She very politely said wasn't that one of your resolutions to not buy the boys so much stuff. Well put Susannah, resolution number four made it 7 days.

I hope all of you are doing better with yours.
