I mean he always has been but lately his little personality has just taken over. He is so funny. He loves to walk around and show you his butt and then spank it. He also has no fear to pull down your pants and spank your butt. 
He has this thing for Lightning McQueen. For those of you who do not know who Lightning McQueen is, he is the main character off the movie Cars. I bought him a pair of Cars boxers and he always wants to wear them. He will bring them to me and want me to put them on. If i say no then he will put them on himself and that usally means that they are on his waist with both of his legs coming out one side. If you can't picture this i am sorry for it is one of the funnest things. Whats even more funny is when he puts these boxers on over his other clothes. He is so determined to get them on that he will not stop until they are.
We are working on potty training him, not real hard but slowly. 
Guess what kind of underwear he has........yep Lightning McQueen!! He also has Lightning McQueen pull ups and the box came with a crown that he had to wear. He also loves the superman shirt that he is wearing in the picture. Well, that shirt paired with his Cars boxers. The days that he has decided to wear this outfit i dare not go in public. I will try and get him to sing for me so that i can post a video on here. He is so funny when he sings. He has three favorite songs. They are; take me out to the ball game, the wheels on the bus, and his ABC's i will try and get a video. You can click on the pictures to make them larger.

Hey! I tried to see the last picture you posted but it's not coming up. The last picture on Carter's article mentioning how he loves to sing but didn't mind spanking his butt. It is a video of him spanking his butt? lol
