Ollie the Octopus.

Carter's class has a traveling Octopus Ollie.  Every week he gets to go home with a new student and that student is to write about all Ollie's adventures.  Today Ollie had to go back to class.  Carter had so much fun with Ollie and this was his spread that he got to add to Ollie's book.

A very good mail day

I look forward to living back in the states where we don't have to drive to the post office to check the mail.  There is nothing more depressing then lugging all 4 kids to the post office dragging them out of the car  (Heaven forbid I leave them in their carseats, in a nice air conditioned van for 30 seconds to check the box) to see we have NO mail.  Though when I see our mailbox has a yellow slip we all get super excited.  Today we had 8 packages waiting for us and it's not even Christmas.  The month of December is like a golden day everyday.  The most golden slips we have received in one day is 10.  Boy those are some good days.

Don't mind Chase, he didn't feel like getting out of his pj's today.  Bless his heart.  :)

 I was updating Bryson's itouch when I came across this video he did a few months ago at the age of 8.  I couldn't stop laughing. It gets really funny around 30 or so seconds. Be patient it's worth the wait.

Bailey and Alannah are 6 weeks apart. Their due dates where just 3 weeks apart. Alannah came 2 weeks early and Bailey came 1 week late. Funny how that can work. I wish the girls could have had more time together but both are families will be moving this summer.

Super Baby~ Standing at 3 months

Look at my super baby.  All she wants to do is stand up.  She was getting into everything and wanted to see what was in the tupperware, so I stood her up and she checked it out herself.  I can't believe she is doing this at 3 months.

Pulling a fast one

I tricked Bailey :) She likes to be held when she sleeps but I needed to get things done so I laid her down. Then she woke up so I placed my hand on her and she fell back asleep. I picked it back up and she started to stir. So I took the clean (needed to be folded) clothes and laid them on her. The weight of the clothes and she thought I was there the whole time. ha ha ha

Tangerine Picking

It was a rainy day, but the date had been picked weeks before.  We were going tangerine picking with Joe's workers.  We all had a great time and had tons of tangerines to bring home.  We all had a picnic lunch afterwards.

So the USO here does ear piercings on the weekends, and today was the day for Bailey.  She did really well and is just so adorable in her jewelry.

My Wedding Dress

I was told that I should take pictures of Bailey every year in my wedding gown.  I thought I had my gown in storage back in the states but the other day I found it.  So here is Bailey at 3 months in my wedding gown.  Doesn't she look just lovely.

Time left here in Okinawa

Joe told me we roughly have 180 days left on island. 180 days is how long Joe spent in Afghanistan. How can 1 set of 180 days feel like it was never going to end and yet the other set will pass by in a blink of an eye. Funny how time works. I really am going to miss Okinawa.

Cry Baby

Every time daddy makes this sound Bailey starts crying.  It's the funnest thing.  She can be in the best mood and all he has to do is make the crying noise to her and she will start crying.  Poor baby  - 3 months

The main restaurant to eat at on Kadena AB is Chili's.  When we first found about Chili's we were so excited.  Three years later and Chili's doesn't quite hold it's thrill anymore.  We are all chilied out.  ha ha ha
