Decorating the Tree
Don't mind Chaser's hair, he had just woken up from his nap.
His hair is quite the bird's nest.
Overall we had lots of fun and looking forward to this christmas.

Thanksgiving 2011
We had Thanksgiving over at the Salas household this year. We have been going back and forth the past three years. We are so sad that this will be our last Thanksgiving together. Next Thanksgiving we will be either at another overseas base or stationed back in the states. Bitter Sweet!!
The boys made these turkey oreos to take over.
Yummy!!
They love each other.
The little girls both had on a cute Thanksgiving dress. They both looked adorable and they both pooped themselves. Bailey is 1 1/2 months and Alannah is 3 months old. Bailey is huge and Alannah is a petite little thing.
Giving their babies kisses.

A real Japanese Baby
November 19th - Flea Market Day
Every once in awhile Leann and I like to clear out our homes. I am more of a pack-rat then she is but I do my best to get rid of stuff. I had my van so packed Bailey had to ride shot gun. Now before any of you all get your panties in a wad the Japanese here are like Brittany Spears. You all know the incident I am talking about where she was holding her son while driving.
The kids here don't use carseats. If a baby is in a carseat it's more of a "here let me put you down so I can drive" not for safety reasons. The older kids just bounce around in the back of the cars, hanging out the windows and sitting on laps of those in the car.
Anyway my van was so loaded down Bailey had to ride up front with me. She thought she was so cool. ha ha ha She could definitely get use to this. She would look over at me and just grin. I could hold her hand, it was really sweet.
Leann and I had a great Flea Market Day and got rid of lots of junk....till next time.

Class Project
Bryson needed some photos for a class project and I realized the only family photo we had was taken on the street by some random japanese guy at the Naha Tug-o-war. So I pulled our quilt out and the timer on my camera and snapped a few photos.
This is how they look before I threaten bribe them.

Fractured Leg
Chase our 2 year old has been complaining that his leg hurts. He complains off and on and can be easily distracted. WE usually give him some tylenol and off he goes. He jumps off the couch and the coffee table, he jumps on the trampoline and rides his scooter. He stays physically active and usually doesn't complain until he settles down. When he is playing quietly, or watching a movie he will tell me his leg hurts. This went on for about a month and then the other day he starts limping a bit. Not consistent by no means just every once in awhile he will limp. Then yesterday he asked me to help him out of the van, I called Joe and told him he needed an appointment and in we went.
The Doc came out and said it was growing pains, Chase of course wasn't limping or complaining. I was a little persistent and she agreed to do the x-rays. Turns out Chase has a smal fracture in his leg. They say it's common for his age. We are trying to keep him calm, and to take it easy. It's just not working....he is a boy. As she is telling me all this, he sands on the table and jumps right off.......BOYS!!

Arashi's ~ Our Favorite Ramon Shop
Noodle Shop, Noodle Place, or the Ramon Shop these 3 names are all the same place. Arashi's is the best Ramon shop there is here on Okinawa. Thankfully we have 2 located within a few miles of Kadena AB. We love the Noodle Place.
This is a ticket machine and how you order your food. You put your money in press the dish you want and out pops the ticket. You then sit down and give them your ticket and 5-10 minutes later you have your food. It's the best noodles ever.
Bailey's first visit to the Ramon shop was when she was 4 days old. We broke her in early. :)

Urasoe Art Museum
We decided to go on an adventure. I am finally feeling up to walking and doing some exploring. We had a good time and the boys were very good looking at all the art inside. To bad they don't allow pictures inside.
I had just told the boys not to run around it was time to settle down and Carter runs and jumps on the hill. It was a little muddy from the rain and his butt took the fall. We called him dookie boy for awhile. He was not happy. ha ha ha
We couldn't find an elevator.
